This 20ft Shipping Container Office is a turnkey, fully outfitted workspace designed to deliver comfort, efficiency, and long-term durability in a portable structure. Built from a standard steel shipping container, it has been professionally modified and finished to create a modern, functional office environment suitable for a wide range of professional uses.

On the exterior, the unit measures 20ft long, 8ft wide, and 8.6ft high, and features a durable custom gray paint finish for a clean, professional appearance. A protective roof coating helps shield the structure from heat, rain, cold, and corrosion, extending the life of the container in harsh environments. Access is provided through a 36” x 80” fire-rated commercial steel door with knock-down frame, along with two vinyl sliding windows for natural light and ventilation. An exterior lighting fixture adds convenience and visibility.

Inside, the office is fully insulated with 2” closed-cell spray foam, helping maintain consistent interior temperatures while improving energy efficiency and noise reduction. The interior space measures approximately 19ft 4in by 7ft 8in, with a comfortable ceiling height of 7ft 10in. The space is finished with vinyl plank flooring and fully paneled walls, creating a clean and professional workspace ready for immediate use.

The electrical system is designed for flexibility and expansion, featuring a 60AMP main disconnect and additional 30AMP disconnect for HVAC support. The system includes two 20AMP branch circuits, six duplex 110V outlets, and three ceiling-mounted LED lights. The panel is designed with extra capacity for future circuit expansion if needed.

Climate control is provided by a 9,000 BTU 110V mini-split HVAC system, offering both heating and cooling. This energy-efficient system delivers complete temperature control while minimizing power consumption and can integrate with smart home systems such as Alexa for added convenience.
