YARDBEAST 4.5” Commercial-Grade Chipper – YB4521

The Yardbeast 4521 Commercial Grade Wood Chipper is the ultimate solution for tree care companies and property owners with medium-sized parcels. It is designed to effortlessly handle branches and debris up to 4.5 inches in diameter and is powered by a robust Kohler CH640 Command Pro 20.5HP engine, ensuring top-notch long-term performance.

The rotor is constructed from 3/4” thick steel with two angled blade cradles and 3/8” thick steel vanes. It is dynamically balanced for optimal performance and the heavy-duty construction ensures durability and reliability, even under the most demanding conditions. You can trust the chipper to handle tough jobs without frequent maintenance or breakdowns, saving time and reducing downtime.

The gooseneck discharge chute can be rotated to direct the flow of chips into just about any location, such as the woods, chipper trucks, or pickups. This makes it easy to manage chipped material efficiently and simplifies clean-up.

The YB4521’s commercial-grade clutch is directly coupled to the engine shaft, powering the rotor through a twin belt system providing a smooth and reliable power transfer, while also protecting the engine and drivetrain from sudden shocks. All of this enhances the longevity of the chipper and ensures consistent, powerful performance during heavy-duty use.

The chipper features a mono-chassis trailer with a torsion stub axle, high-speed wide tires, and DOT-approved lighting for highway travel. The trailer also includes a straight tongue coupler with locking chains, a 1,000-lb trailer jack, and a 1-7/8″ ball hitch. Super easy to transport on public roads, ensuring you can take the chipper wherever it’s needed, and increases mobility and convenience, allowing you to provide services over a wider area with ease.
